Expansion

It’s about creating new skills, perspectives, relationships, awareness, and achievements. It’s about taking on and solving intriguing challenges. It’s about transforming ourselves and our systems. Maybe it’s a need. Definitely it’s a longing, even if sometimes it’s also scary.  Ideally, expansion betters us, sometimes beyond what we thought possible.

Longing for expansion?

Achievement

It’s completing something by effort, courage, or skill, that sparks happiness, satisfaction, pride, confidence, motivation, or performance. It brings us peace, too. No matter big or small, simple or earth-shattering, alone or with others, achievement feels great and moves us forward.

Pursuing achievement?

Engagement

It’s the connection and enthusiasm we feel about our jobs and workplaces, and it’s reflected by our vigor, resilience, dedication, and ability to get into flow. (Check out the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale). It’s linked to better performance, higher productivity, greater wellbeing, and lower absenteeism.

Want to ramp up engagement?

Wellbeing

It’s how we feel. Professionally, it’s how we feel at work and about work, including job satisfaction, emotional experience, achievement, and purpose. (Definition from Oxford experts Jan-Emmanuel De Neve and George Ward.) Deep wellbeing is directly linked to recruitment, retention, productivity, engagement, and financial performance.

Want to nurture wellbeing?

Belonging

It’s a fundamental human need. It means we’re welcome as our whole selves, we’re deeply connected to others, we’re fully seen, and we can make our own choices. (Check out UC Berkeley’s Hossein Ayazi’s amazing work.) It’s what employees want most, and it drives happiness and profit. (Indeed.com and Oxford’s Wellbeing Research Centre have great new research.)

If belonging is your thing

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of art-of-management.com and any courses, workbooks, videos, or other materials we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you learn or suspect that someone else has accessed your account, please let us know at jeanne@supin.com.

Course access is granted to one person per seat. You may not share your login with other people, and you may not resell or sublicense your access.

Purchasing a course

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, you will be enrolled in the courses you selected and can begin immediately from your User Portal.

Bulk seat pricing and group licenses are subject to the discount tiers shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

Money-back guarantee and refunds

We stand behind our courses. If a course is not the right fit for you, contact us at jeanne@supin.com and we will process a refund. No questions asked. We ask that you reach out within a reasonable time of your purchase so we can help you get value from the course or issue the refund cleanly.

Continuing Education credits

Some courses award Continuing Education credit hours (CEUs) upon successful completion. The number of CEU hours available for each course is shown on the course page. Once you complete a course and pass the final quiz, you will receive a personalized certificate showing the CEU hours earned. Whether those hours qualify for your professional license or credential is determined by your accrediting body.

Course content ownership

All course content — videos, workbooks, PDFs, reflection prompts, quiz questions, artwork, and the arrangement and presentation of that content — is the intellectual property of Art of Management or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and interact with the content for your own learning. You may not:

  • Copy, download (except where explicitly offered), redistribute, or publish the course content
  • Record, capture, or transcribe the video lessons
  • Use the content to train, teach, or coach others outside the terms of a group license
  • Use the content to build a competing product or service

Your content

The notes, reflections, quiz answers, and feedback you submit through the Services are yours. You retain full ownership of what you write. By using the Services, you grant us permission to store, display back to you, and process your submissions for the purpose of providing the Services. Aggregated and anonymized feedback may be used to improve the courses.

Group and team access

When an organization purchases bulk seats or a group license and assigns a seat to you, the group leader may see whether you have started, are in progress on, or have completed each assigned course. They will not see the content of your notes, reflections, or quiz responses.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services in a way that harms us, another user, or a third party. That includes attempting to break, probe, or overwhelm the site, uploading malicious code, harassing anyone, or using the Services to violate the law.

Disclaimers

Our courses are for professional development. They are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice, and they do not create an employment or coaching relationship between you and Art of Management. We provide the Services on an “as is” basis and do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close your account if you materially violate these Terms. If your access is terminated for a violation, refunds are at our discretion.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Services after we post an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Art of Management is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
